Movie Review!

Today I went to see the movie Tangled.   


Tangled is the story of Rapunzel, but with a twist.  


The queen is having a baby, and is very sick.  But, there is a flower with healing powers that can make her well again. She sends her guards out to find it.  But someone has already discovered the flower and has used it to make herself young forever.  The guards  find it and the queen has her baby. The woman steals the baby and cuts of a lock of her hair, because it has the powers of the flower.  But when cut, the power is gone from that lock. So she takes her to a tower and hides her, raising her to believe she is her mother.  She tells her the world is a dangerous place, so she should never leave the tower.  Then one day, the woman leaves the tower for a trip. Meanwhile, a thief is running from guards and  he discovers her tower.  He hides in it, and she persuades him to take her outside.  So they go on this adventure.  then her mother discovers she has left and takes her back to the tower.  She also turns the thief into the guards and they take him to be hanged at the castle.  If you want to know what happens next, watch the movie!  You didn't think I was actually going to tell you, did you?


I really liked it and would give it 5 stars. 

11!

Hi! I am now eleven.  I had my birthday party yesterday.  I was lots of fun!  we did a lot of stuff, but most of it was laughing!  We decorated picture frames and little boxes, played Apples to Apples, played hide and seek,  made an animation video, and talked and laughed.  We also ate a great supper(burgers and chips),  and brownies with ice cream and laughed a lot.  Did I mention we laughed?  Anyway,  I loved it!

Maybe I'll try to post the video we made on here.  I'll ask my dad.

Almost There!

In TWO days I am going to be 11!  Wow.  I just got used to being 10.  For my b-day party, I am inviting 3 girls to my house. 1 is from my class and 2 are not.  It will be awesome!

At my school, you can join dance club and perform in the Burnaby Dance Festival.  We are doing a song from The Lion King.  It is going to be so much fun!
