The answer you have been waiting for...

 Why IS Caillou bald?

Caillou is a children's television show based on the books by Christine L'Heureux and illustrator Hélène Desputeaux. Many of the stories in the animated version begin with a grandmother (who is also the show's narrator) introducing the story to her grandchildren, then reading the story out of the book. Caillou first aired on Canada's Teletoon channel in 1998; it later made its US debut on PBS onSeptember 42000. The action of the story takes place in Canada, though that is never explicitly referenced in the dialogue.

In French, caillou usually means "pebble" or "stone", but it can also mean "bald head", which was most likely the writer's intention. The official Caillou website answers the common question "Why is Caillou bald?" by explaining that the original storybook character of Caillou was much younger than the television character, and like many very young children, had no hair.

Madi, this one's for you.

Caillou

Okay.  You might be wondering, what in the world is Caillou?  Caillou is a carecter on a TV show.  He is 4 and HE IS BALD!  Isn't that weird?  And who names there kid Caillou? ( by the way, it's prononced Cie-you )  Caillou is really whiney.  My sister loves Caillou.  She wants to marry him!  CAILLOU IS BALD, IS WHINEY, AND HIS NAME IS REALLY WEIRD!

Concert!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Concert!!! There is a concert at my school tomorrow.  I'm really exited!  I have a narating part and a dancing part, as well as singing in the choir :)  I hope it goes well!  I really like the songs.  I went skating a few days ago.  It was lots of fun.  Oh!  The word of the day is, of course, concert, the # of the day is 155, and the letter of the day is J.
